Khizer is dynamic professional with experience in Finance and Compliances. He had been involved in the compliance audits of many clients where he assisted his seniors to perform detailed review of transactions and ensure their compliances against company’s policies and procedures and legal framework. He was involved in one of the largest Bullion Trader’s AML and other regulatory compliances review where he was also engaged in post audit implementation of identified gaps. He completed the documentation of more than 100 clients and finalized their final files and ensure the compliance of AML regulations.

As an Assistant Accountant in a Metal Industry in Ajman, he efficiently managed financial documents and records, maintaining an organized filing system. With attention to detail, he accurately recorded voucher entries, ensuring the integrity of the accounting database. His role included identifying discrepancies through careful reconciliation processes. Additionally, he contributed to departmental efficiency by implementing improved file management procedures.

During his ongoing association with the company, He was assigned to work with a client where he actively contributed to the firm's anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) efforts. He conducted Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews to verify client identities, assess associated risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, he assisted in developing and implementing tailored AML/CFT policies and procedures aligned with the client's risk profile and business activities. His responsibilities included conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, monitoring client transactions for suspicious activities, and managing the filing system of all customer databases related to AML compliance. He also maintained accurate records of AML/CFT activities to support regulatory requirements.

He demonstrates a foundational understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, capable of collecting and verifying customer information to assess potential risks. With guidance, he conducts investigations on customers for Customer Due Diligence (CDD), ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying associated risks. He exhibits proficiency in assisting with Sanction Screening, utilizing databases to identify individuals or entities listed on sanction lists. He assists in Risk Assessments by evaluating factors such as customer profile and transaction details to determine risk levels. He showcases skills in Documentation and Reporting, assisting in maintaining records of AML/CFT activities and preparing internal reports. Moreover, he collaborates effectively in team environments, contributing to common compliance goals. His attention to detail enables him to review customer information and transaction data, identifying potential discrepancies or suspicious activities under supervision.
