Imad Hussain is working as Director Advisory in Compliance 360 Consultants. He is seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in Financial Management, Risk Advisory and Compliance. He has proven track record of successful ventures in different organisations in Pakistan and UAE.

Prior joining Compliance 360 Consultants, he was working as Finance Leader in Emirates District Cooling (EMICOOL) where he has successfully completed ERP implementation phases, financing arrangements and deals for mega projects of District Cooling Plants and Economic Substance Regulation (ESR) assessments. He also involved in Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) review and assessment of HSBC bank for EMICOOL which was successfully concluded under his leadership.

Imad is Bachelor of Commerce and Finalist of Chartered Accountancy. He is a life time member of Lahore Tax Bar Association.
