Abdel Latif Oudah is an experienced professional specialized in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) providing a broad level of counseling services with a focus on healthcare management and implementation of risk management framework to comply with applicable regulations. His experience as a risk professional combined with his intense knowledge of Healthcare Management has given him an edge and a great capability of fulfilling business objectives.

He has more than 15 years of experience across different industries and sectors. He has worked with many government and semi government organizations in UAE, he is also acting as Director for one of the clinics based in Healthcare City besides multiple advisory assignments in the field of healthcare.

Abdel Latif has diverse experience in Risk Assessment and managing those risks for multiple organizations in the UAE. He had lead the ERM department for Union Properties PJSC where he was responsible for effective implementation of risk management framework and methodologies. He was involved in Risk Management Framework implementation for one of the leading Hospitals of Jordan where he implemented the Risk Management framework and identified top risks for Healthcare sector and its mitigating strategies. He was also a part of Steering Committee of Strategy Development of the hospital to provide the identified risk aspects in the development of Strategy;

He has strong grip on UAE regulations and has successfully completed many compliance related assignments for many clients.

Abdel Latif holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, as well as Certifications in Business Strategy Formulation and Performance Management.
